The Coprice Cobden Spring Festival is back for 2017. This iconic festival get bigger and better each year. Have you seen the lineup of family friendly activities?
This year’s theme of ‘Celebrating our Community’ brings many different parts of the community together and celebrates the best of Cobden and surrounding area.
The festival begins with the Bendigo Bank Junior Fishing Competition on the banks of Lake Cobden. On Saturday we have changed the timing of events and so our famous Fonterra Street Parade will be held at 12pm this year. It will feature Cobden’s Legendairy legends, our community’s “Unsung Heroes”.
Also on Saturday, Street Broadcasts, Brekky on the Street, a Buskers Comp, rides and jumping castles, Show bags and in-store giveaways, a Quilting Display, Cobden Orchid Club’s annual spring show and lots more.
The Mik Maks
Headlining this year’s Coprice Cobden Spring Festival are family music act, The Mik Maks. This band of brothers are the masters of kids entertainment and their unique brand of kids songs will have you tapping your feet. The Mik Maks break the mold of kids music. Y

Sunday’s events include a fun run/walk, food and market stalls, pet parade, dog jumping comp, mini train rides, mini golf, Historical Society display, and Pioneer Park activities including a “Moto Show”. The Sth Western District Restoration Group will have displays and working engines. The Orchid Show and Quilt Display will be open again today.
